The blue boards slightly stained with some mild transfer. The tips gently pushed, the binding tight and square. The textblock edges gently spotted, the endpapers with some very mild scattered foxing, else clean. The dust jacket unclipped, with several small nicks to extremities, and some mild spots to white segments of the jacket. A nice example.

Stanley Moss, Julian Amery, Peter Fleming, Hugh Seton-Watson, George Millar, F. Spencer Chapman, J. H. Williams, and other incuding Bruce Marshall, whose library this book came from, though it is not unlike most indicated as such via his usual ink inscription. A fairly concise portrait of SOE warfare across the world, from all over the European Front to the war in Africa and Asia.
