Jacket edges a little worn at fore edge corners, two v. small tears at front spine hinge top and bottom, a little grubby at rear on white, but generally very good and bright. Black boards with gilt to spine and front board. Binding sound with just a hint of a lean. Fore edge and top and bottom edges a little foxed which only occasionally affects page margins; pages generally very clean indeed, with no inscriptions, marks, or toning. A lovely example.
